No, we have gloves you can use, but if you do have your own gloves, that’s great too.

Any gym clothes that you are comfortable training in.

In your first class, you’ll be guided through a structured class that includes the following elements- Mobilisation and dynamic warm up > Breakdown and teaching of techniques > Rounds of pad-work with a partner > Some strength and endurance drills > Cool down and stretch. All students will be encouraged to work at their own pace to start, and adaptations can be made by our instructors.
