If you’re looking for a new way to challenge your body, Tabata is one of the most effective High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) methods out there. Combining cardio, strength and conditioning, it is a great way to train your whole body, switch up your usual workout and get fighting fit. Our Tabata with strength & conditioning classes are sure to get you blood pumped and keep your body guessing what exercise is coming next!

We also run our signature “Rep and Sweat” class on one Saturday every month-not for the lightweights, hence why we don’t specify which Saturday it is :)

If you are bored of the standard workout classes that follow the same routine each week, our Tabata classes will keep exercising fresh, interesting and always challenging.

The class is open to everyone, from complete novices to experienced gym goers.
