Our boxing classes combines shadow boxing with pad and bag work, allowing you to master punching techniques, as well as essential head movements and footwork drills. And there is always circuit somewhere in there. As well as being great for your physical development, taking part in our classes allows you to join our community, get to know some like minded people and develop your skills in this great social sport.
