Want to see how much progress you've made in the last month?
Then the Warrior Workout is where you come to play. On the first Saturday of every month, you'll be put through your paces. You'll partner up and go through a list of 10 different exercises devised to tests all aspects of your conditioning using a whole-body approach. You and your partner will take it in turns performing as many reps of the given exercise as you can within 3 minutes, your partner counts and logs your score; you then swap before moving on to the next exercise.
There's only one catch! Each time you take part you have to try beat your previous score. So... let the games begin!
