As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes

Exercises
1. Squat & Press x10 reps
2. Mat Jumps x6 reps
3. Burpees x10 reps
4. Press ups x12 reps
5. squat thrusts x12 reps
6.lunge jumps x20 reps
7. warrior sit ups x15 reps

Completing all 7 exercises = 1 round

Aim for a minimum of 3 rounds, maintaining good form throughout.
