Partnered Circuit


Working in an ascending & descending pyramid following the rep increases and decreases below:
2,4,6,8,10,8,6,4,2

- Person A does 2 reps
- Person B does 2 Reps
- Alternating up and then down the pyramid, adding or subtracting 2 reps each time.

Exercises
1. Burpees
2. Press Ups
3. Squat jumps
4. Pull Ups
5. Shuttle Runs

No rest between exercises, try and finish the circuit as fast as possible.
