Kicking Drills


You are going to be kicking every 10 seconds for a total of 3 minutes.

Throwing 10 rounds house kicks as fast as you can and then resting for the remainder of the time within those 10 seconds.

Each time you kick you will change from left leg to right leg

Example:

0-10 seconds - Left Roundhouse Kick Touch x 10

10-20 seconds - Right Roundhouse Kick Touch x 10

20-30 seconds - Left Roundhouse Kick Touch x 10

Rest for 2 minutes between rounds

Complete 3x3 minute rounds.
