Punch Bag Circuit

1 minute of straight punches
20 x press ups
1 minute plank hold

Complete 3 rounds

After completing 3 rounds move to the
circuit below as a finisher focussing on
shoulder.

- Straight punches 
- Straight punches at an upwards diagonal angle 
- Straight punches above the head
- Two-handed push out from chest at chest height 

Use 1.5kg - 3kg dumbbells
15 Seconds per exercise, rest for 30 seconds
Complete 3 rounds
