It's Wednesday again, you know what that means! Let's jump straight into the workout.
- Battle Rope Alternate hands
- Dumbbell Squat & Press
- Kettle Bell Swing
- Press Ups
- Sit Outs
- Medicine Ball or Sandbag Slams
Timings & Rest
- 30 seconds per exercise - complete all exercises back to back
- 60 seconds rest between sets
- Complete 3 sets
