It's Wednesday again, you know what that means! Let's jump straight into the workout.


  • Battle Rope Alternate hands
  • Dumbbell Squat & Press
  • Kettle Bell Swing
  • Press Ups
  • Burpees
  • Sit Outs
  • Medicine Ball or Sandbag Slams

Timings & Rest

  • 30 seconds per exercise - complete all exercises back to back
  • 60 seconds rest between sets
  • Complete 3 sets
