The Workout

Battle Rope
Power roundhouse kicks
Burpees
Sprints
Mat jumps
Explosive press ups

20 seconds
5 reps each leg
10 reps
2 lengths
4 reps
10 reps

Complete all exercises back to back.

Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds.

Complete 3-5 rounds.
