Every Minute On The Minute

This weeks Workout Wednesday is a real test of endurance. You'll be working on the minute, every minute, until you can no longer reach your target repetitions.


The Workout

You can pick any exercise you like but for the purposes of this article, we will be working with burpees.

  • Start by doing as many burpees as you can in 35 seconds. Whatever number you achieve, this is now your target number.
  • Rest for 1 minute.
  • Now every following minute you must complete your target number of burpees within a minute.
  • Your rest is whatever time is remaining within that minute.
  • Continue this cycle until you can no longer complete your target number of burpees in a minute.

There you have it, a simple but effective workout.
