1000 Rep Challenge
This weeks Workout Wednesday is taken straight from this months Rep & Sweat workout.
Rules, Time & Rest
10 exercises, 100 reps per exercise = 1000 reps.
The exercises can be completed in any order. Any amount of reps can be performed before moving to another exercise.
Rest can be taken at any point at your own discretion.
You have 40 minutes to complete as many reps as possible.
- Press Ups
- Alternate Lunge Jump - 50 Per Leg, 100 Total
- Full Sit Ups
- Squat & Press
- Bench/Box Jump
- TRX Row
- Running Squat Thrusts - 50 Per Leg, 100 Total
- 2-hand Battle Rope Slams
- Bench Dips & Bicep Curls - 50 each, 100 Total
