DB Clean & Press

Burpee chest to floor with a tuck jump

Squat Jumps

Shuttle Run

Diamond Push Ups

Bag Flips

6 Reps (both at the same time)

6 Reps

10 Reps

1 Rep (5 marker points)

8 Reps

10 Reps

Complete all exercises back to back.

Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds.

Complete 3-5 rounds.
