This months challenge is:
Weighted Wall Sit
- Arms need to be extended out in front of you with a 5kg dumbbell.
- Knees must be at right angles with your back against the wall.
- Longest time held wins.
Prize: 1 Personal Training Session
MAY WEDNESDAY WORKSHOP
There will be no Wednesday Workshop class this month, it is replaced with a developmental sparring class (see below).
The Workshop will return next month (June), look out for the topic which will be displayed soon.
May - Developmental Sparring
Due to the absence of a 'Learn to Spar' class this month, we will be running some developmental sparring classes on Wednesdays @ 8:15.
- White 1 and above.
- All equipment is needed.
There will be a White 2 Grading on Thursday 17th May 2018 @ 7:15pm. Anyone taking part in this grading should already be aware of this date.
Please check the board in the gym for more upcoming Grading dates.
