Last Months Challenge: 40 Burpees Chest to Floor in as fast a time as possible
February sees the start of a new class! This new boot camp style class will take a specific topic and dedicate 4 weeks in a chosen month to it.
The class wil run on Wednesdays @ 8:15pm.
Februarys 4 week boot camp will be: Kickboxing Conditioning
This class aims to work all aspects of conditioning including strength, speed, power and agility focussing on utilising specific movement patterns and functional exercises.
We will be trialling a new Sparring Class on Saturdays @ 1:00pm.
This class will run for 30 minutes (Please note: there will be no warm up included in this class).
If you would like to 'Learn To Spar' (White 2 & above) please let us know and we'll arrange for you to be learn during this time slot as well (all safety equipment will be needed).
Yoga has moved! This class will now run on Saturday mornings @ 10:00am.
Now you can relax and stretch out before Tabata ;-)
