Wednesday Workshop - March
Luke is overseeing the Wednesday Workshop this month.
The class runs @ 8:15 every Wednesday evening in March
This months topic is: Mental strategies for pushing through the pain barrier and dealing with discomfot during exercise.
Blue Belt Grading
This Month we have 4 students grading for their Blue belts. Ana & Sarah for their Blue 1 and Aaron & Pauline for their Blue 2. These are advanced gradings and all students will have to complete a technical/fitness element, a teaching element and either 3 or 5 rounds of public sparring.
The sparring will take place on Saturday 17th March 2018 from 2:00pm.
Please come down and show your support.
Due to the grading on Saturday 17th March we will be holding a Special One Off Class from 1:00pm-1:50pm. This is a unqiue opportunity for you to dictate what happens in the class. Got a particular aspect of training you'd like to know more about? Are there some advanced techniques you're stuck on? Got a bunch of questions that need answering? This class is your chance to be in control.
Our weekly Yoga class will retain its 10:00am timeslot on Saturday mornings.
They say the more flexible you are, the younger you stay! :) Why not come and test the theory!
