Combining martial arts techniques, heart-pumping cardio and strength based drills, kickboxing is a high-energy workout that is guaranteed to burn calories and fat and leave you feeling elated!

The cardio-conditioning element of kickboxing is one of the most effective ways to burn fat-especially that stubborn abdominal fat that can be hard to shift and associated with an increased risk of heart disease and other chronic health conditions.

A typical Class combines kickboxing and high intensity drills with jump rope, speed/agility drills, circuit training and core strengthening exercises.

We have a very comprehensive curriculum and grading system that stems from white belt to black belt.

Our boxing class is run in an old school method, skipping or road work, coupled with lots of footwork and shadow boxing drill. Hitting the bags might be the easy part after all that.

Let's keep it simple to start.

  • Jab-Cross-Slip-Cross-Hook-Right Front kick
  • Jab-Cross-Hook-Cross-Left Round house
  • Double Jab-Cross-Duck-Cross-Hook-Right Side Kick

Kick and Stretch

Here we focus on developing mainly your kicking technique, I mean we throw a lot of kicks. 

Don't worry, we also do quite a bit of stretching to balance it out.





A mix and variation of classes at your disposal

You have the choice of a variety of classes once you have completed our beginners course.

We try and provide something for everyone, no matter what level you are.

Don't forget to try all of them, I hear they are fun(if you like kicking, punching and burpees)


Sparring class

Our sparring classes are mainly developmental and controlled.

We actually try to put into practice what we've been learning in the classes.

Smash and core

If you like punching a bit harder and faster, this one is for you. We break out the pads and the bags and have all the fun-and sweat. We finish you of with some 'hard' core work.
