SPRINGHEALTH EVENTS : As well as the annual kickboxing retreats to Europe (see Kickboxing Retreats) the gym holds a number of other events throughout the year.

CHARITY SUMMER SPORTS DAY: Every July we hold a traditional school sports day on Hampstead Heath to raise money for charity. The day begins at lunch time and goes on into the evening with all the old favourites like 100m sprint, egg and spoon, sack and three-legged races as well as a game of rounders and the very enjoyable "Splash The Sensei".

CHRISTMAS PARTY: The instructors and students let their hair down during the festive season with both a christmas party (usually at a bar in North London) and a meal complete with kareoke in Hampstead.
