The kicking aspect is great for toning the hips and bottom, while boxing helps to strengthen and sculpt the arms and develop core strength (without adding bulk). Your flexibility and agility will develop along with balance, co-ordination and reflexes.
The mental benefits are important too. The fast-paced lessons help to relieve stress, leaving you energised and fulfilled. Acquiring a knowledge of a martial arts also builds confidence and self-awareness.
