GROUP CLASSES:

SPARRING CLASS: All sparring is touch or light contact. The Learn to Spar course is frequently run alongside regular spar classes. This session give the student a chance to test their skills in a controlled environment.


BODY BLAST: Using basic kickboxing techniques for a fast & furious workout. Core body circuits to tone and rip that torso! Bring another t-shirt - you're gonna sweat!


KEY SKILLS CLINIC: These clinics are held monthly, and cover individual techniques in depth.


WORKOUT SESSIONS: These sessions run for 1hour 30 minutes. This enables us to incorporate a challenging pre-circuit for body conditioning followed by a mixture of padding drills, bag work and sparring.
