GROUP CLASSES:

BEGINNERS COURSES: An 8 week course designed to teach the foundation techniques of the sport while developing an overall improvement in fitness. Once completed the timetable opens up to a wide selection of different classes. For updated information on current beginners courses enter the flash site.



CURRICULUM-BASED: Enables students to work through the belts. Introduction and development of new techniques, while also being an excellent total body workout. Classes are run by two instructors to make sure you get it right.



KICK & STRETCH CLASS: Designed to improve flexibility, suppleness and kicking skills. An intense session based on kick development (both power and technique). Stretching techniques both traditional and new wave are used.
